Our referral scheme is designed to reward you for helping us connect with exceptional insurance talent. If you know a professional who would be a great fit for a role we’re recruiting for, you can refer them to us easily.
Once your referral progresses through the recruitment process and secures a position, you will receive a reward as a thank-you for helping us identify the right talent. Our scheme not only recognises your support but also helps build stronger networks and relationships within the industry.
Referring someone is simple: submit their details through our dedicated referral form, and we will take care of the rest. Every successful referral strengthens our community of professionals and contributes to the continued growth of Nashrock and our clients.
Nashrock Referral Scheme – Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
- The referral scheme is open to individuals aged 18 or over.
- Employees of Nashrock and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate unless otherwise agreed in writing by Nashrock.
2. How to Refer
- Referrals must be submitted via the official Nashrock referral form or designated referral email address.
- You must provide accurate and complete contact details for the person being referred.
- By submitting a referral, you confirm that the referred individual has given their consent to be contacted by Nashrock and to have their details shared for recruitment purposes.
3. Qualification for Referral Reward
A referral reward will only be payable where:
- The referred candidate is not already registered with, known to, or in active discussion with Nashrock at the time of referral.
- The referral is received prior to the candidate applying directly to Nashrock or being introduced through another source.
- The referred candidate is successfully placed in a permanent position with a Nashrock client.
- The referred candidate commences employment.
- The placement occurs within 12 months of the original referral date.
If the candidate is placed after the 12-month period has expired, no referral reward will be payable.
4. Referral Reward Payment
- The referral reward will be issued within 30 days of the referred candidate’s start date, subject to confirmation that all eligibility criteria have been met.
- Nashrock reserves the right to withhold payment if the placement is terminated before an agreed qualifying period (if applicable).
- The value of the reward will be confirmed at the time of referral or as advertised.
5. Exclusions
- Referrals for temporary, contract, or freelance positions are not eligible unless explicitly stated.
- Multiple referrals of the same individual will be honoured on a first-come, first-served basis.
- No reward will be payable where the candidate has previously been introduced to Nashrock through another source.
6. General
- Nashrock reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the referral scheme at any time without prior notice.
- Nashrock’s decision in respect of any dispute relating to the referral scheme will be final.
- Participation in the referral scheme constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
7. Data Protection
- Personal data relating to referrers and referred candidates will be processed in accordance with Nashrock’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
